American country music legend Johnny Cash is now immortalized at the U.S. Capitol with an 11 foot bronze statue.
Rosanne Cash posted on social media that the unveiling was “one of the most remarkable days of my life” and that there were more than 100 members of her family in attendance.
Johnny Cash, whose statue is part of the National Statuary Hall Collection, is the first musician to be represented in the collection.
