CE artist Rosanne Cash received the “Spirit of Americana” Free Speech Award this past Thursday, while attending the 2018 Americana Honors & Awards. Upon receiving the exact award her father Johnny Cash had received in 2002, Cash shared her beliefs: “we are the premier service industry for the heart and soul,” she said of her profession.
Cash then performed a tune called, “Everyone but Me”, a new release from her album She Remembers Everything, due this fall.
